The cruise tourism sector is one of the most vulnerable in the midst of the pandemic. Two Royal Carribean ships already have passengers who have tested positive for the virus and it all happens while stranded in international ports. This is the case of the Silver Shadow and the Silver Explorer. Two people from the first ship were immediately landed in the port of Recife, Brazil. One of them turned out to have the virus and a passenger from the other ship was treated in Castro, Chile. Christopher Ulloa is in Santiago to see the repercussions that this last case has had in Chile.
