A visit to a birthday party had a painful end for Geretsrieder. There the trainee was beaten up - now he had to answer in court.
Geretsried / Wolfratshausen - Visiting a private birthday party came to a painful end for a 20-year-old Geretsrieder. The young man was badly beaten up by another guest. Nevertheless, he now had to answer to the juvenile judge at the Wolfratshausen district court - for unauthorized possession and use of a prohibited weapon. Because the brass knuckles with which his cheekbones and nasal bones had been smashed had been brought to the party by the victim.
Allegation: unauthorized possession and use of a prohibited weapon
"The facts are correct," the accused admitted sheepishly. The 20-year-old said he had the brass knuckle with him that evening, May 25 last year, and passed it around at the party. When asked why, he had no answer.
When smoking on the balcony, the bat apparently didn't like anything. "He suddenly jumped up and started beating," the victim reported. "I've been properly beaten up."
Cheekbone fracture, concussion, deformed nose and a black eye
The medical report listed a zygomatic bone fracture, concussion, deformed nose and black eye. "It certainly hurt a lot, especially with my own brass knuckles," judge Friederike Kirschstein-Freund said sympathetically.
The young defendant had engaged the judiciary with various insults three years ago. At the time, however, the persecution was refrained from providing work. In the current case, Andreas Dlugosch also suggested that the proceedings be stopped. "The main punishment has already taken place," said the juvenile judge.
Trainee has to pay money to charity
Prosecutor and court joined the application. In return, the trainee has to pay 200 euros to a non-profit organization.
Another case recently in the district court: a 55-year-old Wolfratshauser should actually muzzle his four-legged friend. But he ignored that - to the regret of Dog Lucky.
