Three Hong Kong people in Hubei and one Hong Kong people in Guangdong are still hospitalized in local hospitals. One of them is in serious condition and the remaining three are in stable condition.
At present, about 3,400 Hong Kong people who have asked the Hong Kong government for help are stranded in various parts of Hubei Province. Six of them are pregnant. Nie Dequan said that he will continue to provide feasible assistance to local people.

3,400 Hong Kongers stranded in Hubei
As of the morning of March 16, more than 3,400 Hong Kong residents who had asked the SAR government for help were stranded in various parts of Hubei Province. They belong to different age groups, including 6 pregnant women. The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Wuhan, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the local provinces and cities, and other non-governmental organizations will continue to provide feasible support to Hong Kong people stranded in Hubei Province. A second batch of charter flights will be carried next week to Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. Hong Kong people from Xianning, Huangshi and Wuhan returned to Hong Kong.
At present, some Hong Kong residents in Hubei Province and other provinces in the Mainland need medicines, but local traffic has not been restored. The Hong Kong government revealed that it has arranged drug delivery for 233 Hong Kong people in Hubei Province, and some Hong Kong people in Guangdong and Fujian provinces will be given priority treatment if their drugs are depleted by the end of March. So far, medicine has been delivered to more than 1,800 Hong Kong people.
