The corona epidemic continues to spread in Iran and the quorum of the dead is rising. According to reports, in the last day (Wednesday), 147 people died in the state, with the total number of dead in the country crossing the threshold to 1,135.

The number of infections in the country continues to rise, jumping from 16,169 to 17,361 and it is still in third and dubious number of infections, right after China and Italy. However, the administration said about 5,700 people had recovered and were released from the hospital.

"Unfortunately, there were 1,192 cases of Iran in the last day. Please follow the guidelines and stay home," the Iranian deputy health minister told the public. In addition, there are claims that the number of people infected in Iran is five times greater than the official figures.
