After receiving information and complaints about the weak services in the Al-Duwair Center for Quarantine in Damascus countryside, which is designated for the quarantine of those coming to Syria from countries that have coronavirus infections, as part of the government measures taken to address the emerging virus, the SANA correspondent visited the center and reviewed the reality and complaints of citizens in quarantine about the weak services And the procedures followed to prevent corona virus in the center, as well as the lack of heating devices in the quarantine rooms, especially with children and women in cold weather conditions.
SANA conveyed the complaints of the two subjects in the quarantine in the center to the concerned in the Ministry of Health, where the Director of Rural Health in Damascus, Dr. Yassin Na`nous asserted that the people in the center are coming from a country infested with an outbreak of coronavirus and it is very necessary to take the necessary precautions to protect the health of citizens in Syria as part of a plan The state to address the virus by placing them in a quarantine center according to international health recommendations.
And Nainous said that the ministry will work to avoid all negatives and increase the quality of services in all its forms to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents of the center until they leave it, in order to ensure them and their families and all Syrians of the risk of transmission of the virus if any of them are infected with the virus.
