The first health train chartered by the SNCF to transport 20 patients from Strasbourg to four hospitals in the west of France arrived at Angers station on Thursday just before 4 p.m.

Ten patients are treated by the Samu and must be hospitalized for six of them in Angers, while the other 4 will be taken by road to the hospital in Le Mans.
Departing Thursday morning from Strasbourg to relieve hospitals in eastern France, the train ends at Nantes station, where the ten other patients will be divided between Nantes hospitals for six of them and La Roche- on-Yon for the other four.
