Starting at 6 pm yesterday (28th), each table in the restaurant was separated by at least 1.5 meters, the seats were halved, and the upper limit was 4 people. The Prevention and Control of Diseases (Prohibition of Group Gathering) Regulation also came into effect at 00:00 this morning, prohibiting group gatherings of more than 4 people in public places.
Police and FEHD staff will take a joint operation in the evening to inspect at least 6 restaurants along Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and inspect whether there are any people who have been separated from their homes. The table in the restaurant is 1.5 meters away. No violations were found during the operation. . In the meantime, personnel should take temperature before entering the restaurant.

The joint operation started at 8 pm. About 40 police officers and FEHD officers inspected restaurants and bars along Salisbury Road. In the meantime, FEHD officers inspected the table for a distance of 1.5 meters; the police checked the customer's ID card and the presence of a monitoring strap to prevent people from going out for 24 days of home quarantine.
As seen at the scene, the pedestrian flow along Salisbury Road has been greatly reduced, some restaurants have temporarily closed, and there are only two or three customers in the restaurant. Each time the staff entered the restaurant, they were asked to measure their body, and they also lined up to cooperate. As of 9 pm, officers completed inspections of 6 restaurants, during which no violations were found. Officers then boarded the vehicle to inspect another area, and the operation is expected to end at 10.30 pm.
