A few days after Norway attacked the use of cellular mobile as part of the fight in Corona, the rich Scandinavian country adopted the method.

In the coming days, the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, together with a local high-tech company called 'Simula', is expected to launch a widget that will map the movements of patients in Corona and those around them. As was done in Israel two weeks ago, and since then in other countries, in Oslo, too, it has been concluded that the use of cellular accommodation is a very effective tool for the fight against Corona.

After indifference to the disease when it erupted elsewhere in the world, two weeks ago, numbers started to rise in Norway. Against this backdrop, a special law was passed last Friday in the Norwegian parliament that would allow the government to monitor patient movements and identify people who were in their vicinity and required to be isolated.

The approval of the law and the use of surveillance measures are subject to intense public debate against the use of surveillance measures against innocent civilians and intrusions into their privacy. As part of the debate, a number of leading newspapers in Norway strongly criticized Israel for using the ISA to locate those who were near carriers. "There is a violation of democratic values, Israel is on the verge of exchange of regime," one article claims.

However, a few days after the audit, Norway decided to adopt exactly the same method already applied in Israel. However, fearing that hostile entities would use the information, only a Norwegian company was allowed to develop the questionnaire, and it must also delete the information within 30 days.

It should be noted that in other places around the world, the use of cellular Internet as a tool to combat the virus is increasing, among other things, the mayor of Los Angeles has announced his desire to use the technology in his plague-stricken city.
