Health personnel working in the public and private health sector are also excluded from doctors, pharmacists, informants, nurses, midwives and technicians at all times who hold union cards or are provided with official missions from their employers and workers in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent who are provided with official missions from governors and workers in diplomatic and consular missions and international organizations and bodies Working in Syria who are provided with official missions issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.
