Also, workers and mechanisms of the productive / agricultural and industrial sector are excluded from the public and private sectors, cars for shipping raw materials, vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy derivatives, and productive sector mechanisms “large, small and closed truck cars” to ensure their access to markets and their return to production places in order to provide the requirements of the local market in addition to The sectors of basic services / health, hygiene, sterilization, etc. / and facilitating the movement of the mechanisms that contribute to delivering these services to the beneficiaries in coordination with the governors.

Health personnel working in the public and private health sector are also excluded from doctors, pharmacists, informants, nurses, midwives and technicians at all times who hold union cards or are provided with official missions from their employers and workers in the Syrian Arab Red Crescent who are provided with official missions from governors and workers in diplomatic and consular missions and international organizations and bodies Working in Syria who are provided with official missions issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.
