In order to cope with the current full situation of hospital isolation beds, he suggested that some patients could be gradually transferred from the highest-level ward to the second-level "second-line isolation ward", and then these mild patients could be admitted to quarantine centers such as Junyang Village or Isolation facilities, when they are low in virus, they can go back home for isolation. He explained that due to the multiple buildings in the Chunyang Village Quarantine Center, patients at the quarantine center could be separated from non-patients who were quarantined.

However, Yuan Guoyong emphasized that the relevant measures must be taken step by step. At present, the situation has not reached the point where mild patients should be admitted to the quarantine center.
