New York Governor Andrew Cuomo reported at a conference on new steps the state has taken to stem the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. New York is one of the states most impacted by covid-19 infections. "There are a lot of deaths, pain, a lot of grief, the longer you stay in a fan, the less chance you have of getting out of a fan," said the governor.
