Last updated: 2020-03-31 05:29At about 11.50 on the evening of Monday (30th), several men suspected that they were throwing petrol bombs at a site near Tai Shu Ha Road West, near Ma Tin Estate, and they boarded a private car and fled. Cranes and canvases caught fire on the site. The fire arrived and extinguished the fire. The police later seized 2 complete petrol bombs and glass fragments.
After 11 minutes, the police received a report from the junction of Lam Tung Road East and Lam Tuck West Road in Yuen Long. A private car caught fire. Passers-by also found several suspicious men and boarded another private car to escape. After investigation, the police believed that both cases were suspicious and they were combined as "arson". The Yuen Long Police District Criminal Investigation Team is looking for three men to return. No one was injured in either case.
