Virus, a "monster" in children's drawings

(ANSA) - UMBERTIDE (PERUGIA), MARCH 30 - A "monster" that forces them to stay at home, preventing them from embracing their peers and grandparents: this is how coronavirus children of the fourth classes of elementary school see Giuseppe Di Vittorio, according to circle, of Umbertide. In the drawings and models they used to represent it, also using balloons, bottle caps and other materials, the Covid-19 sometimes appears with dark strokes, others colored. Smiling or with the characteristic 'antennas' seen in photos taken by scientists.
"Damn the virus back where you came from. We greet you with a greeting" reads one of the texts accompanying the works dedicated to the coronavirus.
The drawings and other representations were produced by about sixty children, nine years of age, of the three fourth classes of Di Vittorio. They were then sent to the teachers who follow them in distance learning and, among other things, published on the school's Facebook page. (HANDLE).
