The head of the Damascus Doctors Syndicate, Dr. Hassan Ghobash, explained to SANA that the union, out of its social responsibility and professional and humanitarian role, launched several initiatives in conjunction with the outbreak of the emerging virus around the world and registered it as a pandemic by the World Health Organization.
