LE FIGARO. - Before the general confinement is decided, you called for not sacrificing our freedoms in the name of the fight against the coronavirus. Today, do you regret it?
Gaspard KOENIG. - Not at all, because I was only recalling the most basic principles of the rule of law, namely that any restriction of freedoms must be justified by necessity and proportionality.
