Lenín Moreno: Do ​​not minimize the severity of this crisis

The President of Ecuador, Lenín Moreno, announced additional measures to restrict mobility, prohibit movement and suspend some services and public events during April and May in the country. The president also spoke of the emergency that Guayaquil is experiencing due to the coronavirus pandemic and requested transparency on the information on deaths and measures against the contingency. He also asked Ecuadorians "not to minimize the severity of this crisis."
