A total of 113 people were evacuated as part of the airlift set up by the health authorities, a spokesman for the agency told AFP. 36 patients were transported by medical TGV and 14 others by road, he detailed.

This transfer of patients, intended to relieve hospitals in Paris and its region, faced with a massive influx of patients with coronavirus since the beginning of the week, will also "continue during the weekend". "We will maintain the airlift", even if "the patient transfers will be done at a slower pace", said the spokesman of the ARS, without giving a quantified objective for the evacuations.
