The Minister of Health of Ecuador, Juan Carlos Zeballos, exposes the reality of the images that have gone around the world and that show corpses in the streets of Guayaquil, a city considered the epicenter of the covid-19 outbreak in that country. "You can't hide the death toll," said Zeballos. The official explained that the increase in mortality, added to the curfew in force in that country, led to a crisis in the management of corpses.
