Coronavirus: these “privileged” territories that are still resisting the pandemic

INVESTIGATION - In the Lot, Lozère and Cantal, no deaths from Covid-19 have been observed since the start of the epidemic. Departments, often mocked for their lack of activity, live the health crisis better than elsewhere.
