Chile will issue a certificate to the healed Covid-19 people, numbering 1,274 in this country on Thursday, which will allow them to circulate during confinement, announced Chilean Minister of Health Jaime Mañalich. “From next week, we will deliver a certificate (to people who have recovered from the coronavirus). These people can be of great help to the community, " said the Minister.
Chile counted Thursday 5,974 people officially contaminated by the new coronavirus, including 57 deaths.

According to Jaime Mañalich, a person who has contracted the disease is considered cured if it is tested negative 14 days later. "What interests us is to say that this person no longer has the possibility of being re-infected with the coronavirus, because he is immune" potentially, added the minister.
Other countries and cities, such as Paris, are considering distributing immunity certificates to recovered Covid-19 patients. Based on the example of other viral diseases, specialists believe that once cured, one is provisionally immunized, even if this is not yet proven.
