The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) mission in Kosovo today announced the first case of corona virus infection.
Reuters quoted the mission as saying in a statement, "Today, the first case of Covid 19 was confirmed among members of the NATO-led force in Kosovo," without providing details of the nationality of the injured.
The number of NATO forces in Kosovo to 3,500 personnel, including 659 from the United States.
The southeastern province of Kosovo has recorded 227 cases of the virus, including seven deaths.
