Discussions and controversy over the abolition of great freedom: The decision to abolish the great freedom has not yet been finalized, the ministries of finance, health and the government are demanding that the freedom be abolished altogether. Education claims that taking a vacation in August is the most reasonable and logical option, even in terms of the number of days canceled (so far eliminated only two and a half weeks of learning), and they believe that such a decision can cross the barrier of teacher organizations, including the teachers' union.

The education system entered the week this week when decisions will be made on how the education system will look after the Passover holiday. The return to school was scheduled for this Friday, but a full return of students to the schools is not yet on the horizon. One of the key decisions that needs to be made concerns the freedom to grow - and concerns whether it will be completely repealed, and students will return to the frameworks even in July and August, in order for the economy to recover from the crisis. Such a decision cannot take place unilaterally, and should also be shared by the Education, Finance and Teachers' Offices.

Recall that under the Treasury's agreement with the Teachers' Federation, teachers are expected to return nine days of learning with great freedom. The Teachers 'Union said last night: "The Teachers' Union is in direct and direct contact with the government. At present, a teachers 'union has not yet presented an outline for the opening of educational institutions. In any case, the Teachers' Union will not compromise the safety and health of its teaching staff. .

As published in Israel Today, the Ministry of Education is preparing a number of scenarios for returning students to study. These include intermittent shifts or intermittent learning: morning or noon, or alternate learning days (A, C, H, or B and D). In this situation, each student will attend school three times a week, for about four hours each.

However, it is important to note that at present educational institutions are closed by order, and in order to open them, the Director General of the Ministry of Education must submit a detailed plan for approval by the Ministry of Health. Such a program, which is complex and has implications, has not yet been submitted and various staff are still working on it. Highlighting kindergartens and lower grades, grades 1-4, the same age group that the Department of Education has been trying to keep in place before the education system is completely disabled - some learning is expected to continue online, remotely - many parents say such learning is ineffective And that is why the education system is expected to be heavily criticized.
