The Italian authorities announced today that they registered a decrease for the first time in the general outcome of new infections of the Corona virus, since the beginning of the epidemic crisis in the country in February.

"The total number of injured patients is currently 108,237 people, while this toll yesterday was 108,257, where it decreased by 20 cases, and 1822 new healing cases were monitored, bringing the total number of people recovering to 48,877 people," civil defense chief Angelo Borelli said at a press conference today.

In Turkey, Minister of Health Fakhruddin Kuja announced that 123 new deaths were recorded with the Corona virus, bringing the total deaths to 2140 cases in addition to recording 4674 new infections during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infected to 90,980 people.

To that, the Mexican authorities announced the agreement of the American and Mexican governments to extend the ban on unnecessary land trips between the two countries for a whole month to curb the spread of the Corona virus, indicating that the restrictions will continue according to the same conditions applied since the 21 of last March.
