Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicholas Maduro, confirmed in a telephone conversation today the importance of the OPEC + agreement on reducing oil production.
According to Sputnik, the Kremlin said in a statement today: "In an exchange of views on the situation in the global oil market, the great importance of the agreement reached within (OPEC + /) on an agreed cut to oil production was stressed."
