It is a change in the government's strategic foot. Tuesday morning, the Prime Minister agreed to organize, following the debate scheduled for April 28 in the Assembly and the following day in the Senate, a vote of parliamentarians on the issue of using digital data to trace the interactions of people contaminated by the coronavirus. "In a democracy, you must not be afraid of the vote", launched Édouard Philippe, bravely, at the breakfast of the majority. The head of government was not satisfied with acceding to this request from the opposition and part of his majority since he, at the same time, decided to organize a second vote, this time at the 'outcome of the debate on the general plan for deconfinement, expected in early May. These arbitrations were announced by the voice of the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Marc Fesneau, himself in favor of the votes, during the weekly conference of the presidents of the Assembly.
