President Alberto Fernández will announce this Saturday the extension of the general quarantine against coronavirus and explained the changes that will be established in the new phase of the restrictions.
The president defined the continuation of preventive and compulsory social isolation with the governors and with the committee of health experts who advise him against the Covid pandemic19.
The Head of State will present the new measures from the Olivos Residence. Now, a "focused" quarantine phase will be launched with the release of some productive activities and services in some provinces.
On the eve, President Fernández reviewed the last details of the action plan with the governors, with whom he communicated by videoconference.
As reported by the national government, all the provincial leaders and the head of the Buenos Aires government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, supported the decision to continue the quarantine.
