Citizen service centers in Homs City Council began their work today to provide a portion of their services to auditors, in implementation of the decision of the government team concerned with procedures to tackle the Corona virus by allowing the Ministry of Local Administration to partially reopen the citizen service centers.
Eng. Rasmi Al-Sibai, the director of informatics in the council, stated in a statement to correspondent Sana that the centers that opened its doors today are the public hall and a center of Ikrima and the Armenians and the Adawiya center was excluded because the majority of its workers are from the countryside pointing out that the cleanliness directorate implemented a sterilization campaign that included all the mentioned centers.
Al-Sibai added that a role system has been established to organize the entry process for the rental contract documentation office by publishing a link on the city council page exclusively for the public hall, whereby the names of those wishing to document the contracts are registered, and in the event that names cannot be registered by citizens, the matter will be taken into account through the existing staff At the service center.
Al-Sibai indicated that the role and the entry process will be organized for the rest of the centers through those in charge of them, stressing that the judicial record service will be provided during the next week, in preparation for the gradual return of services to the service centers in a manner that guarantees the safety of citizens and employees.
In Daraa, the Citizen Service Centers in the Postal Directorate and Daraa Governorate today partially resumed their work.
Engineer Alaa Al-Miqdad, Director of the General Services Center in Daraa Governorate, indicated with a statement to a SANA correspondent that the services are limited to the civil and civil records, indicating that the concerned authorities worked to sterilize the center and all its equipment.
Ahmed Al-Faris, director of Daraa Post office, stated in a similar statement that the employees will provide the civil and civil registry services and a non-employee document, stressing that the employees of the center will secure the spacing between the auditors in implementation of the precautionary measures to address the Corona virus.
The director of the center, Abdul Karim Al-Nasser, stated that today, part of the basic services was started, which includes the civil registry, the criminal record, and lease contracts, pointing out that all necessary measures have been taken to prevent crowding in the waiting halls.
Al-Nasser pointed out that a medical point was placed at the entrance to the center, in order to conduct a survey examination for all workers and auditors, pointing out that all workers in the center are fully compliant by wearing gloves and masks and leaving safety distances with citizens.
