Damascus Governorate has allowed a number of professions that have stopped working as a result of precautionary measures to address the Corona virus, to return to work according to a specific time schedule per week from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon.

The decision allowed work on Tuesday and Thursday from eight in the morning until five in the evening for the sworn translation offices, planning and drawing "calligraphers" and selling extinguishers, wooden doors, wood panels, furniture, upholstery, carpets, rugs, paintings, suspended ceiling panels, kitchens, accordion doors, tailor supplies, shoes, barbers, medical devices repair, and watch repair.

The government team concerned with procedures to tackle the Corona virus agreed during a meeting on the eighteenth of this month to reopen all commercial and service professions according to a program that distributes the days of the week between these professions at a rate of one or two days according to each profession according to special conditions and controls.
