The Russian Anti-Corona Virus Operations Center has announced that 44 people have died from the virus in the last 24 hours.
And the website of the Russia Today channel quoted the center as saying that the number of deaths rose today compared to yesterday's toll, as 31 deaths were recorded and the total in Moscow reached 479 people.
Earlier today, the Operations Center announced the registration of 6,198 new infections throughout the country, bringing the total number of injured to 87,147, the majority of whom were in Moscow, while the number of deaths as of this afternoon had reached 794, while more than 7,000 people had recovered from the virus.
