The forest restaurant on the sports grounds of SC Oberweikertshofen has had new landlords since April 2:
Egenhofen - That day, Dunja and Josip Petermann signed the lease. The couple would have imagined its start differently. Because of the corona pandemic, the sports home is currently still dense. "We don't start until Corona is over," says Josip Petermann.
A pick-up service is out of the question for the 52-year-old. "Pick-up food is simply not as good in quality as in the restaurant," he says. However, guests should get the right impression of his kitchen right from the start. The couple has many years of experience in gastronomy - Josip Petermann as a cook, his wife Dunja (39) in the service. When they wanted to become self-employed, the SCO's search ad for a new tenant was just right.
Croatian-Bavarian cuisine with seasonal dishes such as asparagus or game is planned in the forest restaurant. SCO President Sepp Kraut is "fully convinced" by his new host couple, as he emphasizes several times. Because the Petermanns are initially without any income, the association is helping its new landlords: "We have suspended the lease until it starts again," says Kraut. ad
