A tremor measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale hit the Iraqi-Syrian-Turkish border.

The National Seismological Center said in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that "the tremor occurred at 20:55 pm today on the Iraqi-Syrian-Turkish border and is 89 km north of the Iraqi city of Mosul."

The day before yesterday, a slight earthquake measuring 2.2 on the Richter scale was recorded off the Syrian coast, 17 kilometers northwest of the city of Latakia.
