Since we place the health of the French above all other considerations, it is obviously the appropriate strategy. It was important to set a clear, coherent framework based on trust and cooperation with the social partners and local elected representatives. Mayors will be the alpha and omega of this deconfinement plan. The Prime Minister made the choice of progressiveness and prudence. This is how we save lives.
