Ze'ev Rap, the father of the girl Helena Rapp, who was murdered on a promenade in Bat Yam in '92, died yesterday (Friday) and is 75 years old. He will be brought to rest tomorrow afternoon at 1pm in Holon Cemetery.
His late daughter Helena was murdered in May 1992 by a Palestinian terrorist, only 15 and a half, in one of the most prominent terrorist attacks that took place across the country in the 1990s. This attack greatly affected Israeli society and the political system at the time, causing a decline in security.
