The lawyer and promoter of several investigations into corruption, Silvina Martínez, denounced that the Justice seeks to return to the Kirchner family the administration and management of all the companies and properties that are seized within the framework of the Los Sauces cases.
Through a document that he presented last week before the Federal Oral Court 5, which is carrying out the trial for that file, he requested that all decisions be made "in order to maintain the precautionary measures" on the properties and companies of the Kirchners. According to Martínez, the TOF5 judge, Daniel Obligado, resolved to evaluate the relevance and convenience of maintaining all the judicial interventions ordered in the case. This measure could return to the Kirchner family the exploitation of their properties now under judicial control, as Clarín anticipated this Sunday in the column of Eduardo Van der Kooy.

In the document that Martínez presented, he denounces several strange maneuvers around the file investigating money laundering by the Kirchners through the rental of their hotels to businessman K such as Lázaro Báez and Cristóbal López. Through a brief, Obligado asked the current appointed auditors to send the institutional mail a complete and detailed updated report on the state of the assets under their administration, including assets and liabilities.
This measure carried out by the Judge Obligado could return to the Kirchner family the exploitation of their properties now under judicial control.
According to Martínez, Obligado's maneuver was taken "after the Kirchner family demanded different actions in court regarding the administration and usufruct of the properties and, once again, the Court seemed to want to ingratiate themselves with the accused."
In addition, the lawyer denounced that all these maneuvers to benefit the Kirchners were taken with the inaction of the plaintiffs in the case such as the Financial Information Unit (FIU) and the Anti-Corruption Office, which today are in charge of officials of the Executive Power, to which Cristina Kirchner belongs.
The Judge Obligado, who would lead the maneuver to benefit the Kirchners, is the same one who a month ago decided to grant Amado Boudou house arrest, imprisoned for the conviction in the Ciccone case, considering him a risk group amid the pandemic of the coronavirus.
