The situation occurred on a car-carrying beach in Recoleta, just behind the UBA Law School. Omar, a 67-year-old man, came to look for his car and assured in front of the employees of the place that he could be asymptomatic of coronavirus: they had to activate the protocol.
According to the employees' account, at the time of paying the infraction, the man said ironically to the workers: "If I have Coronavirus, I walk everywhere to pick up the car . "
The Covid-19 protocol was immediately activated and the collaboration of SAME was requested.
Police personnel consulted with the National Criminal and Correctional Federal Court No. 3 of Dr. Daniel Rafecas, Secretariat No. 5, who ordered the person to be notified for violation of Article 205 of the Penal Code and to withdraw to his home.
