The Ministry of Transport decided to return to work at the Syrian Academy for Maritime Training and Rehabilitation in Latakia and in the courses of the General Organization for Maritime Training and Rehabilitation and the private maritime institutes as of the thirty-first of this month.

In a statement, SANA received a copy of it, starting from nine thirty in the morning until the end of the evening lectures, including on Saturday, according to the program set by each party, provided that the lectures are given intensively and focus on basic information only and reduce the length of the lecture by half.

She explained that the program of the Syrian Academy for Maritime Training and Qualification will be issued within fifteen days from its date.

The ministry has set the thirty-first of the current date for the start of work at the Technical Institute of Railways, while exams take place on 26-7-2020 with emphasis on professors to develop objective questions commensurate with the content of the scientific subject submitted to the student and increase optional questions.

She pointed out that the students will be divided into groups where the number of students in each classroom or laboratory does not exceed the number that guarantees health safety in a way that achieves divergence and prepares theoretical lectures on CDs and distributes them to students.

The Ministry asked to observe the health safety procedures related to sterilizing all facilities before the start of working periodically and putting devices to check students' heat at the entrances and materials to sterilize hands and continue to close seminars and stop all activities and prevent gatherings before and after lessons.

The government team on procedures to tackle the Coronavirus, during its meeting today, approved the re-establishment of universities and institutes as of May 31st.
