"More generally, 20% of students are in a precarious situation and 40% receive state aid", underlines the Minister in this interview published a few days after the announcement by Prime Minister Edouard Philippe of a aid of 200 euros intended for “young precarious people” aged under 25.
This aid, said Frédérique Vidal, "concerns those, scholarship recipients or non-scholarship recipients, who were on compulsory paid internship or employed on March 1, and who worked at least 32 hours per month, as well as isolated overseas students in mainland France".

"To benefit from it, you will have to log on to the etudiant.gouv.fr site, starting on Tuesday. It is estimated that it could reach 400,000 students, "she added, calling on students to" seize this window "which represents 80 million euros".
