The Ministry of Transport announced the launch of two evacuation flights for Syrian citizens stranded in the United Arab Emirates aboard Syrian Airways next Tuesday, May 12th, in implementation of the decisions of the government team concerned with tackling the Corona virus.
The ministry said in a statement that the first flight will take off from Sharjah Airport to the martyr Basil Al-Assad Airport in Lattakia at ten in the morning Sharjah city time, calling on those arriving on this flight to be at Sharjah airport at six in the morning to complete the medical procedures.
She pointed out that the second flight will take off from Sharjah Airport to Damascus International Airport at eight in the evening Sharjah time, pointing to the need to be present at Sharjah Airport at four in the afternoon to complete the medical procedures.
A Syrian Air plane carrying 251 Syrians stranded abroad arriving from Sharjah Airport in the United Arab Emirates arrived at Damascus International Airport on the fourth of this month, in implementation of the decisions of the government team concerned with tackling the Corona virus.
