Many countries of the world have recorded new infections and deaths from the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours since it first appeared last December.
In Belarus, the number of people infected with the virus rose to 22,126 deaths after 951 new infections and five deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours, according to a statement of the Belarusian Ministry of Health, which indicated the recovery of 6050 patients.
In Italy, the Italian Ministry of Health announced 194 new deaths, bringing the total to 30,395 deaths and the total injuries to 218,268.
And Pakistan announced the increase of confirmed cases of the Corona virus to 28554 after recording 1080 new cases in Sindh province, while the deaths amounted to 623 cases.
Today, Malaysia's health authorities registered 54 new cases of corona, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 6,589 and deaths to 108.
In Africa, coronavirus infections on the continent exceeded 57,000, 2151 deaths, and more than 19,000 recovered from the epidemic.
North African countries alone recorded 20 thousand and 649 injuries, followed by West Africa 16 thousand and 894 injuries, South Africa 9 thousand and 463 injuries, East Africa 5 thousand and 575 injuries, Central Africa 5 thousand and 165 cases.
On the Arab level, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on its website to register 13 new cases of the virus, bringing the total number of cases to 809 and deaths to 26 after registering a new case.
The Qatari Ministry of Health also recorded 1130 new infections with the Corona virus, bringing the total to 21331 and the deaths to 13, according to media sources, while the Saudi Ministry of Health announced the registration of 10 deaths and 1704 new infections with the new Corona virus "Covid 19" during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number To 37,136 and deaths to 239 after 10 new deaths were recorded.
In Algeria, 189 new infections and 6 deaths were announced during the past 24 hours, taking the total number of infections to 5,371 and deaths to 489.
