To that end, the spirited woman who lives in downtown Rathrinag, hired a skater who carries beers, whiskey and tacos, to her clientele that spans about 45 miles of villages and towns around. Avril says "I usually ship small beer barrels, Heineken bottles or some packaging of beer in Elmer."

The person who operates the skimmer, who moves around the area with the drinks, is Paul Clark, Avril's brother. Of course, the skate has some limitations, so for example, the day she was interviewed by the Guardian, she said, "The night before I had a bottle of wine and chips, but because of the wind that was too strong we couldn't let the hover take off."

Some institutions continue to operate and deliver orders to their customers, perhaps not like Avril, with a skimmer, but with convos that bring the product to the customer's home.
