LE FIGARO. - The Commission is presenting its recommendations on tourism this Wednesday. In what state is this sector?
Paolo GENTILONI. - It is, of course, one of the sectors most affected by the coronavirus crisis. Its activity could fall by around 40% in 2020. This Wednesday, the Commission will give guidelines in three areas. They will relate to security measures in transport, accommodation and vacation spots. We also want to help the Member States to reopen the Schengen borders in a progressive and coordinated manner. And we are working very hard to avoid differences in treatment of certain Member States vis-à-vis others.
