The authorities of Wuhan in Hubei Province, China, have plans to conduct a medical examination for all of its 11 million people within ten days in order to discover new cases of the newly infected Corona virus to prevent the epidemic from reoccurring.
Chinese media reported that the plan was still in its early stages and included asking all regions of Wuhan to provide details on how to conduct the checks within 10 days.
This comes after Wuhan, which witnessed the first appearance of cases of Corona virus infection at the end of last year, recorded six new cases during the weekend, in violation of daily statistics that indicated that no new infection was recorded in the city since the third of last April.
Wuhan, which imposed a comprehensive 11-week closure, began resuming its activities on April 8.
