The US Fox Network unveiled satellite imagery taken by international intelligence company Imagesat international indicating that Iran is building a series of weapons storage bunkers in southeast Syria, near the Iraqi border.

According to the photos, Revolutionary Guards bulldozers build the underground structures at the base of "Imam Ali," a large base of the Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards near the Iraqi border and the town of Bochmal. The photos show bulldozers alongside elongated excavation sites, which the company estimates can contain medium-range missiles.

The company also claims that the success of Revolutionary Guards forces, despite several air strikes on the base, some of which occurred just weeks before construction began, did not abandon the idea of making the base part of its combat system in Syria. It was also noted that a similar-sized tunnel was destroyed in an airstrike on the area just a few weeks ago.

According to the company's conclusions, the tunnel excavated at the site is appropriate for storing large vehicles that can carry advanced weapon systems. They came to this conclusion by comparing similar tunnels that were dug in the last 9 months in the same compound. One of the nearby tunnels, about three and a half kilometers from the tunnel currently being built, was bombed in March, prompting the Iranians to immediately stop construction there.

Earlier this month, planes attacked a Syrian military industry missile precision near the Aleppo city in northern Syria. According to the allegations, the attacking aircraft came from Iraq and the bombing caused the destruction of a series of missiles. In the past week, the number of attacks attributed to Israel in Syria has increased, and even the devotion of his loyalist Iranian force from the Damascus region and the Syrian Golan towards the Iraqi border has been recorded.
