The town hall in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn remains in the hands of women. The CSU is virtually empty when it comes to the distribution of items.

Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn - As part of the constituent meeting of the local council, not only the new mayor Mindy Konwitschny (SPD) was sworn in by the oldest municipal councilor Norbert Mayer (UB), the committee also decided on the deputy post of the town hall chief. The third mayor Luitgart Dittmann-Chylla (Greens) was elected second mayor under the eyes of around 50 spectators in the multi-purpose hall, which had been converted into a conference room. Andrea Hanisch (UB) is the new third mayor.

Christian Socials lose battle votes

Both prevailed in a fight vote with 16: 9 votes against the CSU candidate Leonhard Karl, who was sent into the race by his faction. The factions of the SPD, Greens and Independent Citizens (UB) unanimously voted for Hanisch and Dittmann-Chylla, which could have been foreseen after Greens and UB supported SPD candidate Konwitschny before the mayor runoff. For the CSU, as the strongest faction in the municipal council with seven seats, only the breadcrumbs remained: Karl, together with Max Lachner (AFW), had to be content with the posts of the other deputy mayors. The Christian Socials took note of the demonstration of power by the alliance of three without protest, only the applause for the newly elected Vice Mayors was strikingly sparse in the CSU camp.

Change in the group leaders

While the SPD with Anita Reiprich, the UB with Manfred Eberhard and the AFW with Walter Kratschmann fall back on the tried and tested spokespersons in the new session, there is a change at the CSU: Roland Spingler, the candidate for mayor in the run-down to Konwitschny, inherits Peter Guggenberger as group leader . The Greens, in turn, have agreed on a dual leadership: Gudrun Hackl-Stoll and Karsten Voges lead the group.

After she was sworn in, Konwitschny, just like the mayor, Mayer, swore the parliamentary groups on good cooperation: “I hope that we work together in a very consensual, non-partisan way, but above all for the good of the community. And we will start with that today. "
