A few minutes after this measurement, an officer from the Penzberg police inspection tried to stop the Lamborghini at the commuter car park at the Sindelsdorf motorway junction. However, the driver of the sports car ignored the stop sign, so the policeman had to jump aside to get to safety. Finally, a police patrol blocked the main road with a vehicle parked across it. She was able to stop the speedster, against which, according to the police report, "an investigation into a prohibited motor vehicle race " has been initiated.

The police report also says: "The Lamborghini car was confiscated to preserve evidence and prepare for confiscation - as was the driver's license for the razor." The police did not want to mention the age of the sports car driver in order to protect his identity.
