The parish of St. Joseph Tutzing invites you to a pilgrimage to the Holy Care. But: Everyone has to travel to Ilka-Höhe for themselves.

Tutzing - The parish of St. Joseph Tutzing invites you on Tuesday, May 19, from 7 p.m. to a pilgrimage to Holy Care on Ilka-Höhe, combined with a May prayer and supplication for the troubled and troubled people of our time. There is no orderly pilgrimage, everyone has to organize their own way on foot, by bike or by car to Ilka-Höhe, as Pastor Peter Brummer reports.

From 6 p.m. a prayer of blessing for pedestrians and cyclists takes place in front of the parish church of St. Joseph. The prayer is celebrated outside the Nikolauskirche.

The representation of the holy care, according to Brummer a great rarity north of the Alps, is included. It dates from around 1600 and was of particular importance in the long tradition, especially in times of distress.

The musician Helene von Rechenberg and pastor Brummer are organizing the liturgical celebration. Seating should be brought, a few chairs are provided by the parish.

The services in St. Joseph are currently held daily again. "Many believers are relieved and grateful," explains Brummer. You do not have to register, the known restrictions apply. A transfer to the Franziskuskapelle and the Brunnenhof extends the options for participation.
