Update from May 19: Due to the  Corona crisis , the metal band  Rammstein had to cancel the second part of their European tour . Now the new concert dates are known. The successful tour will initially continue on May 23, 2021 in Leipzig. Further appearances in Germany follow in Stuttgart (31.5./1.6.2021), Berlin (5./6.6.), Düsseldorf (26./27.6.) And Hamburg (30.6./1.7.). All new dates for the European tour can be found on the Rammstein homepage. It also says: “Stay healthy! We look forward to seeing you in 2021 ".

The sequel should begin on May 25th with a performance in Klagenfurt . Afterwards there were sold out concerts in Germany in Leipzig (May 29th / 30th), Stuttgart (June 2nd / 3rd), Düsseldorf (June 27th / 28th), Hamburg (July 1st / 2nd) and - as in 2019 - Berlin again (4./5.7.) "We are working with our partners in all countries to find a solution to this difficult situation and hope that everyone who has bought tickets for the upcoming shows will understand," explains the band on their website.

Corona cancellation: fans angry about Rammstein tickets

Most fans showed understanding for the cancellation. One commented on Facebook: “This is the best. Everyone is safe and will hopefully stay healthy. If the shows can be postponed, it will be worth the wait. Until then, we turn on the DVD player and open a few beers. ”

But some also complained that there was no way to get their money back: “How about we just get our money back? I love you, but I don't want to wait for a pandemic and hope it gets better next year. ”
