On this occasion, a ceremony was held to raise the Palestinian flag on a giant mast in the town of Adisa at the Lebanese-Palestinian border, to announce after that the engineering plan for the Garden of the Martyrs of Return, and lay the foundation stone for it to mark the start of construction.
