The permit committee at the State Comptroller's Office is expected to discuss, for the third time, the PM's request for permission to receive donations to finance his legal expenses. The decision will be made at another time.

In April, the High Court judges rejected the motion for quality of government against the committee's renewed hearing, and even charged the movement with legal expenses. The judges ruled that the permit committee acted in accordance with its authority.

Earlier, in February, members of the committee granted permits led by Judge (Retired) Nechama Munitz and Judge (Retired) Shulamit Dotan and Israel file that they will be re-discussing Netanyahu's request to finance his legal expenses. They explained that for its decisions, unlike judicial decisions, the principle of finality and decisions cannot be changed.

Earlier, the attorneys of the Prime Minister, Adv. Amit Haddad and Adv. Yossi Cohen approached the committee with a renewed request to finance the Prime Minister's legal expenses.
