Three female defendants: Li Qianhua (29 years old, policewoman) Liang Huijia (45 years old) and Zhuang Aolin (31 years old). At the time of the incident, Li Qianhua was stationed in the Yau Tsim District Criminal Investigation Team; Liang Huijia was the department manager of the fashion company, and Zhuang Aolin was the clerk of the jewelry company. Li Qianhua was charged with 4 public officials asking for benefits, and 1 public officer accepting interests, and the other two defendants were each charged with 1 crime of providing benefits to public officials.
Female police suspected of seeking benefits from multiple people
The ICAC said earlier that Liang Huijia, Zhuang Aolin and another reporter had reported to the police a business woman suspected of fraud in the luxury goods trade. Li Qianhua was appointed as the investigator in the case in July 2017, and later suspected of soliciting benefits from multiple people. Among them, the businesswoman and the reporter rejected Lee's request.

The public official accepts the crime of interest, which means that Li Yue accepted the benefit from the third defendant on February 11, 2018, that is, obtained a pair of earrings below the market price as an incentive or payment for the investigation.
Involved in buying earrings below market price
The second defendant, Liang Huijia, was charged on December 13, 2017, allowing Li Qianhua to obtain a pair of Gucci sneakers at a discounted price. The third defendant was accused of asking Li Qianhua to obtain a pair of earrings below market price on February 11, 2018.
It is reported that the sports shoes are worth 2,450 yuan after deducting the half-price discount for employees; the earrings are 20 to 30% lower than the market price and worth 4,500 yuan.
